While clients embrace change in their environments, Satsuma is delighted to welcome Peter Tapscott to the team as Technical Services Manager, based in Melbourne. Peter joins Satsuma with an enviable 14 years of experience in software development, specialising in Lotus Notes and Web. He brings with him a strong understanding of and empathy for client issues when grappling with information management.
Peter is the latest addition to the new and thriving Melbourne office, which has been ably led by Senior Consultant Karen Webber since late 2008.
